A man approached a group of girls and exposed himself, before heading in off in the direction of Oxford city centre.
The incident occurred at around 6.30pm on Saturday (April 22) along Castle Mill Stream, near to Upper Fisher Road.
The offender is described as a tanned white man, around 5ft 10ins tall, of slim build, and was wearing a navy hooded top and dark trousers.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident of indecent exposure.
Investigating officer, PC Daniel Squires, based at Cowley police station, said: “I am appealing for anyone with information about this incident to please get in touch.
"If you know who this man is, or have witnessed the incident, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
"Crimes like these can affect victims for a long time”
