A man has been remanded into custody after he was caught with numerous bin bags worth of cannabis in his car.

The motorist was found to have the substance on the M25 by Thames Valley Police on Thursday afternoon.

A Thames Valley Police post said: “Imagine spending months tending to your cannabis grow and getting excited about the money you're about to make…only for us to put a spanner in the works.

“20 bags of cannabis plants seized on the M25.

“Sorry, not sorry.”

The man was arrested and taken to a station in south Buckinghamshire.
