Its services are delivered at around 150 different sites that include community bases, hospitals, clinics and in people’s homes.
The staff work directly with patients and help make a difference to their lives.
Nearly 400 trust employees were nominated by a patient, family or colleague for an award this year.
The awards were contested across 13 different categories from working with the NHS People Promise to recognise delivery of care, patient experience, volunteering, inclusion and more!
The nominees, executive team and attendees joined together on Tuesday (April 25) at Unipart House in Oxford to celebrate colleagues, share inspirational nominations and support each other.
According to an Oxford Health spokesperson the atmosphere was brimming with positivity, cheers and smiles as the winners were announced.
Dr Nick Broughton, Oxford Health’s chief executive officer, said: “It was wonderful to be face to face with colleagues again, after some tough times of late, to honour our colleagues who work hard each and every day to deliver caring, safe and excellent patient care.”
Chair of the Trust, David Walker, added: “I was especially pleased to recognise some of our staff who work in non-clinical roles too, as their contributions could go under the radar.
“I was glad colleagues who work on receptions, or in estates, and workforce were winners.”
