Offenders broke into Didcot Railway Centre by crossing the live rail track.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the burglary that occurred between 2.30 and 3.30am on April 19.
Damaged was caused to the engine shed and first aid room.
Fire extinguishers were also let off in the offices.

Several items were stolen including two way radions, mobile phones, card machines and a camera.
Police are requesting residents to review CCTV and doorbell footage in the area at the time of the offence.
They are also asking that anyone who has any information to get in touch or if they saw anyone or anything suspicious around the time of the incident.
