Oxford’s first Homesense store opened its doors at 10am today (April 20).
The shop has joined an existing TK Maxx to form a new superstore in The John Allen Centre on Between Towns Road in Cowley.
Homesense specializes in homeware and fashion goods at discounted prices.

The opening is set to create up to 21 new jobs, including team leader positions.
Shoppers were seen queuing outside the doors of Homesense this morning before it opened.
The new store spans 12,834 sq foot and is set to welcome several deliveries a week.
A Homesense spokesperson commented: “We’re delighted for Homesense to join TK Maxx in Oxford to create a beautiful new Superstore.
“We are looking forward to welcoming shoppers through our doors to enjoy the incredible treasure hunt shopping experience, with irresistible prices.
“Make sure to pop by often, as the store will be full of big brands and unique finds in fashion and homeware every time you visit.”
