An Oxfordshire village could receive up to 90 new homes under new plans submitted to Vale of White Horse District Council.
Gladman Developments is seeking outline planning permission to build the houses in Shrivenham - a village nearby Faringdon and Uffington.
The homes would be built to the western side of the village on a nearly five-acre plot of land that runs alongside the A420 main road.

The developers say 35 per cent of the homes would be affordable.
The application also touted the idea of a village green with a natural themed play area located centrally to the site, as well as a pond to create wetland habitat and improve biodiversity.
The application is currently in a consultation phase and the council aims to make a decision by July 6.
