A paedophile with a fetish for being kicked is likely to be segregated from other prisoners during his four-year jail term.

David Aston, 32, a driving instructor, was today jailed after luring young girls into woodland and encouraging them to kick him in the groin.

Tonight his victims - aged 13 and 14 at the time - welcomed the sentence.

The married father-of-two, of Bell Close, Cassington, bribed the teenagers with alcohol and cash after meeting one of their friends in an Internet chatroom in 2006.

Oxford Crown Court heard Aston twice stripped from the waist down, crouched on all fours on a towel in woodland near Bicester and encouraged four girls to kick him in the groin until he could not handle the pain.

Claire Fraser, defending, said Aston had split up with his wife after the allegations surfaced but still saw his two sons, nine and seven.

She said: "The impact on his soon-to-be ex-wife and his children is enormous. Mr Aston was the main breadwinner of the family.

"Realistically, his ex-wife is going to lose her house and his children will lose their home. Mr Aston, of course, deeply regrets what happened.

"What he was interested in was the abuse on himself as opposed to the abuse on the girls."

Jailing Aston, Judge Julian Hall said he would not find prison comfortable.

He said: "What you indulged in was old-fash- ioned lewd behaviour.

"People can conduct their own sexual behaviour in private with consenting adults to their hearts' content. But if you do it with children, with people under the age of 16, it is absolutely disgraceful."

Judge Hall also ordered him to sign the sex offenders' register for life and banned him from working with under 18s or from communicating electronically with them if it is sexual in nature.

Aston was convicted of sexual activity with a child and causing or enticing a child to engage in sexual activity after a trial last month.

He denied the charges, claiming he believed the girls were aged 16 or over.

He was cleared of making indecent images of children.

After sentencing, one of his victims, now 16, said: "I am very happy. I have got a lot of anger towards him."

Another victim, also 16, said: "Throughout it we both got diagnosed with depression partly to do with this.

"But since we found out the guilty verdict everything just got better.

"The night it happened I cried myself to sleep."

Sources said prison officials would consider keeping Aston in a segregated section away from the general prison population for his own safety because of the nature of his crimes.
