A large police presence was seen in Oxford city centre yesterday afternoon (April 12).
Around four police cars, three marked and one unmarked responded to an incident on Cornmarket Street at around 3.20pm.
A police van was also present.

One eyewitness described police officers visiting a store and asking if they had seen a missing person.
Thames Valley Police confirmed that the police presence was due to efforts to locate a missing person.
The man was found safe and well shortly after.
