New electric car charging stations could soon be coming to a McDonald’s in Banbury.
A planning application has been submitted by the company Instavolt to Cherwell District Council to install two rapid electric vehicle charging stations in a McDonald’s car park.
The McDonald's is located on Beaumont Road in Banbury and Instavolt, which is responsible for operating a rapid charging network across the UK, intends to turn three existing parking spaces into EV charging bays.
