Rail passengers are being asked to wait to travel until later or avoid the route due to delays at Didcot station for rail replacement services to Oxford.
GWR tweeted: "There are currently delays at Didcot Parkway for rail replacement services to Oxford. Please travel later this afternoon on this route if you can."
If people decide not to travel on this route, a full refund can be requested.

Train operators are currently unable to run services between Didcot Parkway and Oxford due to the closure of the line for detailed safety inspections of Nuneham Viaduct, near Abingdon.
Network Rail has said the closure will last until late April.
A limited rail replacement bus service is in place.
CrossCountry, Chiltern Railways and Network Rail are also working with a revised timetable for the duration of the line closure.
