Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash in an Oxfordshire village.
Thames Travel reported an accident had taken place on Hanney Road in Steventon at around 10.45am.
An eyewitness at the scene said the collision involved "a car and cyclist".

He reported that four police cars were in attendance and "an ambulance took a young woman to hospital".
The police confirmed the road was closed but reopened just before midday.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: "We are investigating the incident and would appeal to any witnesses who haven’t already come forward to call 101 , quoting investigation reference number 43230150923."
Thames Travel X36 bus services temporarily diverted via Rowstock in both directions.
A statement from Thames Travel at 11.45am apologised to passengers for any inconvenience caused by the disruption after the road was cleared.
South Central Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
