The nominations for the 2024 British Kebab Awards are now open, and kebab restaurants and takeaways across Oxfordshire are invited to enter.
The annual event, in its 12th year, is a celebration of the UK's kebab industry recognizing the hard work and dedication of those who make it.
The finalists will be competing for 20 prestigious awards, including ‘Best Kebab Van’ and ‘Best Vegan Kebab’.

The categories also include eight awards for the best kebab restaurants across the UK.
Last year, two Oxfordshire kebab vans within a few miles of each other made the final of the star-studded British Kebab Awards.
Southmoor Kebab and Grove Kebab Van - 15 minutes away - were both in the running for Kebab Van of the Year at the revered industry event.
The awards are run in association with Just Eat and supported by the Kebab Alliance, the trade body for the sector.

There are currently around 20,000 kebab outlets in the UK, supporting around 200,000 jobs.
The founder of the British Kebab Awards, Ibrahim Dogus, said that this year's awards are set to be the biggest and best yet.
He said: "We've seen incredible growth in the industry over the past few years, and we're excited to celebrate the best of the best in 2024."
