MICHAEL CAWLEY, 26, of Manor Park, Hampton Poyle, admitted driving an Audi A3 on Bicester Road, Kidlington, while over the drug-driving limit for cannabis. He was fined £250, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

TANHEE HORWOOD, 38, of Jerome Way, Shipton-on-Cherwell, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Fiat Doblo near Wytham last August. Tests showed she had 117mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood, the legal limit being 80. She was fined £120, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

JOE BAILEY, 31, of Church Lane, Hailey, admitted drink driving a Seat Leon on Corndell Gardens, Witney, on January 4. Tests showed he had 59mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, around one-and-a-half times the legal limit of 35mgs. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for 16 months and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

IHAR KUDZELKA, 36, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mercedes Actros at Cherwell Valley services, near Bicester. He blew 63mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, almost twice the legal limit. The magistrates imposed a fine of £126, two-year driving ban and £135 in costs and surcharge.

RYAN WHITE, 27, of Bourlon Wood, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving an Audi A3 in Copenhagen Drive, Abingdon, last July. Blood tests showed he was exactly twice the legal limit for alcohol. He was fined £673, banned from driving for 19 months and must pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £269.

AMY STRACHAN, 39, of Stowe Drive, Southam, pleaded guilty to drink driving a VW Golf in Banbury Cross retail park last December. Tests showed she had 69mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, almost twice the legal limit. She was fined £200, banned from driving for three years and must pay £165 in costs and surcharge.

WENDEL DO CARME, 26, of Isis Avenue, Bicester, admitted drink driving a Fiat Grande Punto in Queens Avenue, on January 5. Tests showed he had 53mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. The magistrates fined him £323, banned him from driving for 15 months and ordered he pay £85 in costs and a £129 victim surcharge.

GORDON CRITCHTON, 38, of Barns Road, Oxford, admitted driving a Vauxhall Zafira on the A40 while over the limit for cannabis. He was banned from driving for a year, fined £120 and ordered to pay £98 in costs and surcharge.

ERIC BOWLES, 70, of Plover Drive, Oxford, admitted driving a VW Caddy on the A34 in Kidlington while over the drink drive limit. Tests showed he had 103mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £334, banned from the roads for two years and must pay £85 in costs and a £134 victim surcharge.

STEPHEN WEAVER, 49, of Goldsmiths Lane, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Vauxhall Astra van in Wallingford last September. Tests showed the presence of benzoylecgonine, a product created when the body breaks down cocaine, in his blood. The magistrates banned him from driving for a year, fined him £350 and ordered he pay £85 costs and a £140 victim surcharge.
