Disruption caused by a burst pipe in West Oxfordshire is likely to last all weekend, Thames Water has announced.
Residents in the OX18, OX28 and OX29 postcode areas have been affected by low water pressure or no supply at all after a large pipe burst in a field near Burton Road, north of Carterton.
The water company is handing out bottled water to those affected at the Sports Pavilion, Monahan Way, OX18 3AN.

A spokesperson for Thames Water said: “We’re sorry if your day has been disrupted by low pressure.
“It’s been caused by a large burst pipe in a field near Burton Road, north of Carterton.
“Our engineers are working at the site and have brought water into the area from other parts of our supply network.
“Most of our customers in the area are back in supply but those in Minster Lovell in OX29 may be continuing to experience low water pressure.
“You can collect bottled water from our water station which is now open at Sports Pavilion, Monahan Way, OX18 3AN. It's both drive in and walk in.
“The repair to the pipe is likely to carry on over the weekend in normal working hours but this shouldn’t affect local supplies.
“Thank you for your patience while we continue to work to get things back to normal.”
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service has advised residents to check the Thames Water website for updates.
