An NHS administrator was killed by a falling tree, coroner’s statements show.
Theale woman Shannon Owen, 22, was in woodland off the Thames footpath near Whitchurch-on-Thames on Sunday, March 11, when she was struck by the tree.

Documents prepared for the opening of Ms Owen’s inquest at Oxford Coroner’s Court recorded she was pronounced dead at the scene by a South Central Ambulance Service paramedic shortly after 5pm.
The cause of her death was given as multiple injuries.
A full inquest will be held on July 19.
