An Oxfordshire teacher has been arrested on suspicion of attempting to engage in sexual communications with a child.
The 41-year-old man from Hook Norton was arrested on Monday evening (March 27) after the alleged incident.
Officers responded to the incident in which the man was alleged to engage in sexual communications with a child in Hook Norton.

He has since been released on police bail.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: "Thames Valley Police responded to an alleged incident of engaging in sexual communications with a child in Hook Norton on Monday evening (March 27).
"A 41-year-old man from Hook Norton was arrested on suspicion of attempting to engage in sexual communications with a child and has been released on police bail while investigations continue."
The Oxford Mail has received a letter sent out to parents at the school due to the involvement of police.
It stated: "Parents and carers may be aware of material on social media in relation to a member of staff.
"We understand that there is a police investigation with which we will cooperate fully.
"Due to the involvement of the police, we are unable to comment further at this stage."
It goes on to say: "We shall continue school life as normal and seek to maintain normal routines."
