A man in his 50s has died after he was hit by a bin lorry on a busy route on Monday (March 27).
The incident occurred on the A4074 in Benson shortly before 12.10pm.
The pedestrian was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

No one else was injured and no arrests have been made in connection to the incident.

Thames Valley Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision to get in touch.
They are looking in particular for dash-cam footage.
The A4074 was closed for most of Monday afternoon while an investigation took place.
Senior investigating officer, Sergeant James Surman of the Joint Operations Roads Police Unit based in Bicester, said: “Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of the man who has died.
“Officers are continuing to investigate this incident and we would appeal to anyone who may have dash-cam footage from the area around the time of the collision to please get in touch.
