A driver was arrested for providing a positive drug test for cocaine after being stopped for using his mobile phone behind the wheel.
Officers with the Thames Valley Police Roads Policing Unit stopped the driver in Banbury this afternoon (Tuesday, March 28) after they were seen on their phone whilst on the road.
The driver then tested positive for cocaine after a drugs wipe and subsequently was arrested.

They were then taken to the police station so a blood sample could be taken.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: "Vehicle stopped in Banbury this afternoon as driver was using his mobile phone.
"Whilst officers were dealing with this offence the driver provided a positive drugs wipe for cocaine and was arrested and taken to the station for a blood procedure."
