Here are the Oxfordshire restaurants that were awarded at least one star.
Two-Michelin Starred Restaurants
Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, a Belmond Hotel
Owned by celebrity chef Raymond Blanc, Le Manoir retained its Two-star Michelin status in 2023 for the 39th year in a row.
Mr Blanc leads the team with protégé Luke Selby heading up the kitchen.
The restaurant is located on Church Road, Great Milton, OX44 7PD.
It is famous for its high-quality French cuisine but with a modern touch.
We are delighted to announce that Le Manoir has retained its 2 Michelin stars for the 39th year! With @raymond_blanc at the helm, along with @BenoitBlin_MCA, and a welcome back to @lucas_selby, it is a true honour.

The guide states: “You cannot help but fall in love with this iconic country house restaurant.
“The setting is divine and a feeling of luxury envelops you, from the sumptuous lounge and magical beamed dining rooms to the conservatory overlooking the manicured gardens.

“As the name suggests, the seasons lead the way: wander the grounds and you’ll discover an amazing array of plants, as well as a 2,500 strong orchard.”
Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons has also been awarded a Michelin Green Star which celebrates a restaurant’s sustainable practices.
One-Michelin Starred Restaurants
Nut Tree Inn
The Nut Tree retained its one-star Michelin status in 2023.
The restaurant is located on Main Street in Murcott.
The team at the Nut Tree is led by Imogen Young and Mike North who bought the pub back in 2006.
They serve up a modern take on British cuisine.
The guide states: “With its 15 century origins and smartly thatched roof it looks like a typical English pub- and inside there’s a cosy beamed bar filled with locals kicking back after a day’s work- but this is no ordinary village local.
“Mike and Imogen bought the pub back in 2006 and have since put Murcott on the foodie map; they even grow their own vegetables out the back.
“It’s a friendly welcoming place: the rear extension has more of a restaurant feel, while the lively front bar is the place to be if you like a bit of atmosphere.”
