Motorists parking their vehicles on the pavement of busy road have been criticised for allegedly blocking a bus in an Oxfordshire town.
Melvin Belcher said bollards were needed to stop four to five cars that regularly parked outside a row of shops on Broadway, Didcot.
The 65-year-old said he had seen the vehicles block a bus as it travelled down the main road.

“It’s disgusting,” he said. “I have got footage where a bus was forced to stop where it shouldn’t have stopped because they couldn’t get in their bus stop to let people off.
“That needs bollards put up to stop people using the pavement outside the charity shop and pizza place.”
Mr Belcher raised the issue at an annual town meeting on Monday, March 20, and was told he should report his footage to Oxfordshire County Council.
