AZAD MIAH, 44, of Iffley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching his sex offender notification requirements by failing to notify the police that he had obtained a new passport on January 24. He was jailed for 24 weeks and ordered to pay a £154 victim surcharge.
RICHARD DIXON, 69, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to outraging public decency by performing a sex act on himself in the Bitter and Twisted, a Chipping Norton bar and restaurant. The offence was committed on March 19 last year. The magistrates imposed a two year mental health rehabilitation requirement as part of a community order and he was ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £45 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
PETER ADAMS, 41, of Marshfield, Crowmarsh Gifford, admitted drug driving a VW Golf on Dashwood Road, Oxford, last September while over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
JOSEPH WAKLING, 45, of Wellington Street, Thame, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit in Bicester Market Square on December 23 while over the drink drive limit. Tests showed he had 41mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, where the limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for a year, fined £800 and ordered to pay £405 in costs and surcharge.
CALLUM CARRUTHERS, 24, of Broadwaters Avenue, Thame, admitted drink driving a BMW on Hampden Avenue, Thame, on December 23 last year. Tests showed he had 92mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, more than two-and-a-half times the legal limit. He was fined £656, banned from driving for 23 months and ordered to pay a £262 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
NSWANA MASUWA, 50, of Abbey Road, Witney, pleaded guilty to being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle. Tests showed that Masuwa was more than twice the legal drink-drive limit when she was stopped ‘in charge’ of the Toyota Aygo on the A4095 Kirtlington Road on Christmas Day last year. The magistrates imposed a £323 fine, 10 penalty points on Masuwa’s licence and ordered payment of £214 in costs and victim surcharge.
LEE WINDEBANK, 32, of Worcester Drive, Didcot, pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified on the A417 at Milton on January 17, and on Station Road, Wallingford, on both June 30 and July 10 last year, driving without insurance and making off without paying for fuel – an offence commonly known as ‘bilking’. The district judge imposed a total sentence of 22 weeks’ imprisonment. He was ordered to pay £50 compensation and banned from driving for five years.
KIEL MANLEY, 35, of South View, Great Bourton, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit on Cope Road, Banbury, while over the drug-drive limit for benzoylecgonine. The district judge imposed a £300 fine, 12 month roads ban and £205 in costs and surcharge.
YASAR RAZWAN, 38, of Chiltern Avenue, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Seat Leon on the M40 southbound near Boarstall and driving it while disqualified. He was around one-and-a-half times the legal drink drive limit. He was jailed for 16 weeks, banned from the road for 60 months and must pay £239 in costs and surcharge.
