A new trial date has been fixed for a man accused of importing enough horse wormer through Heathrow to have bulked out £47m worth of cocaine.
Simon Rooney, 38, of Fairfield Drive, Burnley, will stand trial on March 18 next year accused of conspiracy to acquire and supply cutting agents for class A and B drugs, being concerned in the supply of cocaine, conspiracy to supply mephedrone, and supplying amphetamines.

A co-defendant, Tammy Kiely, is accused of involvement in supplying a large quantity of amphetamines, discovered during a police raid on a traveller site in Kidlington.
Judge Michael Gledhill KC re-fixed the case at a short hearing at Oxford Crown Court on Friday (March 3).
The case is expected to last around two weeks.
