A man has been convicted of driving whilst using a mobile on the motorway.
Arkadiusz Dybich, 45, of Tresham Road, Barking, London, was fined £618 and received six points on his licence for the offence.
Dybich was stopped by police on July 2 last year on the M40 in South Oxfordshire.
