A man has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life after a fire at a block of flats.
In the early hours of this morning at 4:26pm, four fire crews were called to a ground floor flat at Bourton Close in Witney to tackle the blaze.
The fire has been extinguished as Thames Valley Police (TVP) officers arrested a 46-year-old man on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.

Officers remain at the scene as they continue to investigate the incident alongside the fire service.
An Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: "We attended the incident to a fire in a ground floor flat with four fire appliances.
"The fire was extinguished and we are now helping TVP with the incident.

A Thames Valley Police social media post said: "Officers have this morning been in attendance at Bourton Close, Witney alongside the fire service.
"A 46-year-old male from Witney has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.
"Officers currently remain on scene making enquiries."
