RICARDO O’FLAHERTY-JONES, 23, of Benouville Close, Oxford, admitted driving a Fiat 500 on Windmill Road, Oxford, last August while over the drug driving limit for cannabis and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £120, banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
DANIEL MCMASTER, 23, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted harassing a woman in Oxford and damaging a book at the police station last November. He received a six month alcohol treatment order and must pay £5 in compensation for the damaged book.
DAVID BARON, 32, of Oakwood Way, Cumnor, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a roadside breath test. He was fined £150 and banned from driving for a year.
AMIT SINGH, 41, of Crotch Crescent, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Nissan Micra while over the benzoylecgonine drug-driving limit. He was banned from the roads for three years, fined £300 and ordered to pay £205 in costs and surcharge.
KOJO RITCHIE, 35, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted using threatening behaviour to put a woman in fear that unlawful violence would be used against her. The offence was committed on November 20 last year at the O’Hanlon House hostel in Luther Street. He was given eight weeks’ imprisonment, with the sentence part of an overall jail term of 32 weeks imposed for unrelated matters of assaulting police officers.
NICHOLAS RAYNER, 58, of Murcott, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Harley Davidson in Horton-cum-Studley last June. Tests showed he had 140mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for 17 months and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
VIRGINIA DERNIE, 42, of Princess Gardens, Grove, admitted drink driving a Peugeot on Henley Road, Sandford-on-Thames in November. Tests showed she was almost twice the drink drive limit, blowing 69mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. She was fined £230, disqualified from driving for 19 months and ordered to pay £177 in costs and surcharge.
NATALIE GILES, 29, of Larch Drive, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drink driving a yellow Ford Ka on Broadway last November. She blew 62mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The magistrates fined her £120, banned her from driving for 17 months and ordered she pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
DANIEL MAITIN, 32, of St Omer Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a white Peugeot 208 in St Omer Road on November 26 while uninsured and over the drink driving limit. Tests showed he had 66mcgs of alcohol in his breath sample, a little under twice the legal limit. He was fined £998, banned from driving for 42 months and must pay £235 in costs and surcharge.
GEOFFREY ROWLANDS, 35, of Thorney Leys, Witney, admitted drink driving a black VW Polo on the A415. He was almost three times the legal limit, blowing 101mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was banned from driving for 26 months and given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. The bench ordered he pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
ISABELLA STURGESS, 26, of Wilson Way, Caversfield, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mercedes in Lawrence Way, Bicester, and driving a vehicle that had not passed its MOT. Tests showed she had 45mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, around 10mcgs above the legal limit. She was fined £160, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £149 in costs and surcharge.
DARREN SMITH, 48, of Blackthorn Hill, Blackthorn, pleaded guilty to driving an Iris Bus in Steeple Aston while over the drug driving limit for cannabis last September. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and must pay a £48 victim surcharge.
