Motorists experienced delays on Oxford's southern bypass this afternoon after a lorry was involved in a collision with two cars.
A lane on the road was closed for 30 minutes following the collision between Hinksey Hill and Heyford Hill, while firefighters cleared the debris.
Firefighters had not been called to the scene, but were returning from another call out when they came across the collision at 4.20pm.
None of the passengers involved had to be freed form their vehicles and paramedics were not called as no one was injured.
