Police officers were called to a crash in Oxford city centre where a person suffered serious injuries.
The crash saw an E-bike and pedestrian collide on the High Street at the junction with St Aldates.
The road was closed as officers were called to the scene with it first reported by Thames Valley Police (TVP) roads policing unit at 7.13pm yesterday (February 14).

Thames Valley Police has confirmed that no arrests have been made.
A TVP social media post said: "OXONRPBshift are on scene at a serious injury RTC on High Street junction St Aldates in Oxford.
"E-bike versus pedestrian. Road has just been reopened. Apologies for the delays."
