DAVID BRACKETT, 37, of Sher Afzal Close, Oxford, admitted driving a Citroen C4 on Napier Road while over the drug driving limit. He was over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £60, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £85 in costs.
SHAQUILLE LEWIS, 19, of Townsend Square, Oxford, was found guilty of vehicle interference and using threatening behaviour. He was fined £360, ordered to pay £50 in compensation to the police officer he had subjected to homophobic abuse at Abingdon police station, and must pay £244 in costs and surcharge. The sums were deemed paid by time served.
LOUISE TERRY, 29, of Almond Avenue, Kidlington, admitted drug driving a Citroen Berlingo in Kirtlington. She was over the drug driving limit for benzoylecgonine, a derivative of cocaine. She was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
MAX TALBOT, 33, of McGuire Road, Heyford Park, pleaded guilty to driving a Land Rover Defender in Upper Heyford without due care and attention on December 16, 2021. He received a 12 month conditional discharge, three penalty points on his licence and must pay £322 in costs and surcharge.
ANTHONY MORRIS, 63, of Newnham Street, Bedford, admitted drug driving a Seat Leon on the A41 near Bicester last July. Tests showed he was over the limit for cannabis. He was banned from the roads for three years, fined £120 and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
PAULO RODRIGUEZ, 38, of Underhill Circus, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford Focus in Wilkins Road. He was over the limit for benzoylecgonine. He was fined £220, banned from the roads for a year and must pay a £34 victim surcharge.
MARTIN MCDONAGH, 20, of Bath Road, Taplow, pleaded guilty to driving an Audi A4 without a licence or insurance. He was fined £120, given six penalty points and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
JASON SCIBILIA, 49, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, was found guilty of using threatening behaviour with intent to cause a woman harassment, alarm or distress. He was given 20 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for 18 months, with a six month mental health treatment requirement. He must pay £200 in compensation. The judge ordered he pay £454 in costs and surcharge.
PHOEBE HALE, 32, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting a Tesco security guard at the Cowley Road store. The judge banned her from the Cowley Road supermarket for three months.
MICHAEL MCAFFERTY, 34, of Blackberry Lane, Christchurch, pleaded guilty to driving a Renault Kangaroo in Garsington Road, Oxford, while over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for three years and ordered to pay a £48 victim surcharge.
KIERAN LYLE, 34, of Marlborough Gardens, Faringdon, admitted driving a Ford Fiesta in London Street, Faringdon, while over the drug driving limit for cannabis. He was fined £184, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £129 in costs and a £74 victim surcharge.
GARY WALLACE, 56, of Binfield Heath, near Reading, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis at Abingdon police station last November. He was fine £350, disqualified from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £225 in costs and surcharge.
CONNOR PITTS, 23, of Great Western Drive, Didcot, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in Witney last February and damaging ‘household appliances’ worth £1,357 belonging to St Mungo’s homeless charity. He was ordered to pay the full amount in compensation to St Mungo’s, as well as £90 to the officer. He was given a community order with a six month mental health treatment rehabilitation requirement.
