A 22-year-old woman has denied helping an alleged killer.
Tammey Crain, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, pleaded not guilty at Oxford Crown Court to assisting an offender in the case of a Banbury man found dead on a canal boat last September.
James Crain, 53, also of Springfield Avenue, has previously denied murdering Maurice Batts.
Tammey Crain was given bail on condition she does not contact any prosecution witnesses and was ordered to return to the court for trial on Monday, September 1.
James Crain was remanded in custody and will next appear on the same day.
The charges are in relation to the death of 64-year-old Mr Batts, who was found dead on his boat on the canal at Southam Road.
