Vandals threw bricks at an Oxford fire station, causing hundreds of pounds' damage.
Police were called to The Slade Fire Station, in Headington, at 9.20pm last Wednesday.
A training vehicle's windscreen was damaged, putting it out of action for several days, and four of the station's windows were smashed.
Training manager Richard Bowley said: "Firefighters have a difficult enough job without having to put up with moronic behaviour like this, which has damaged our operational capabilities as well as costing hundreds of pounds to the taxpayer."
The youths ran away before police arrived.
