A pensioner who is known to frequent the Oxford and Witney area has been reported missing.
Philip, 79, was reported missing from the Witney area this morning.
He is described a 5 foot 8 and of slim build, and is wearing a dark, thick overcoat and dark trousers.

A man was also reported missing from Kidlington earlier this month, but was quickly found by Thames Valley Police.
Nima Ghafouri was last seen at a Burger King in the Orchard Centre in Didcot on January 12.
However, police officers found him the next day.
He was described as 6 foot 1, of medium build, with shaved black hair and a beard.
He has two tattoos on his left arm, one of a stopwatch with the words ‘time flies’ and another of a heart with the word ‘mum’ inside.
