In addition, Grant & Store employees will receive discounts on a range of essentials, such as groceries, clothing, mobile phones, household bills and insurance.
IBMG has also launched an employee purchase scheme, which provides discounts on a variety of energy saving products, such as insulation and draught proofing.
Group managing director Peter Cudd said: “We fully recognise that we would not be one of the leading construction industry merchants in the region without the hard work of our highly dedicated team, so it’s important for us to be able to provide this support.”
