The trial date of a husband accused of stabbing his wife to death will be delayed by five months.
Mihai Hurmuz-Irimia, 29, is said by prosecutors to have murdered Katie, 40, at their home in Blue Mountains, Wallingford, on August 30 last year.
Judge Ian Pringle KC was told this morning that, for legal reasons, it was not expected that the trial could go ahead on February 20.

The case, which is now expected to last for two weeks, was provisionally re-fixed for July 17.
The defendant was not present at Oxford Crown Court for the short hearing on Wednesday morning.
