JOSHUA BOLTON, 20, of Courtington Lane, Bloxham, pleaded guilty to driving a Seat Ibiza on Cromwell Road, Banbury, while unfit to drive through drugs. The district judge fined him £120, banned him from driving for a year and ordered he pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

SIMON QUILLIGAN, 28, of Darlingscote Road, Shipston on Stour, was convicted in his absence of driving a Renault Megane on Oxford Road, Kidlington, without a licence or insurance. He was fined £660, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £85 in costs.

MATTHEW LEWIS, 46, of Begbroke Crescent, Begbroke, admitted driving a VW Golf on the A44 Woodstock Road, Begbroke, while over the limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £600, disqualified from driving for a year and must pay £330 in costs and surcharge.

MEGAN DAY, 33, of Blackditch, Stanton Harcourt, pleaded guilty to drink driving a VW Touareg in Stanton Harcourt. Tests showed she had 93mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, almost three times the legal limit of 35mcgs. The magistrates fined her £120, banned her from driving for a year and a half and ordered she pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

KYLE PRATLEY, 29, of East Street, Fritwell, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour, assaulting a woman by beating and possession of a kitchen knife in Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury. He received 10 months’ imprisonment suspended for two years, must complete a mental health treatment programme and up to 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days. The district judge ordered he pay a total of £225 in compensation.

JOSEPH WOODALL, 30, of Gibbs Road, Banbury, admitted disorderly behaviour and damaging a door in Ruscote Arcade, Banbury. He was convicted of possession of two lock knives in a public place. The judge imposed a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and ordered he pay £1,568 in compensation. He must also pay £195 in costs and victim surcharge.

DANIEL CRAIG, 23, of Leach Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to possession of a locking knife in Bucknell Road, Bicester, on April 7 last year. He was fined £123 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

THOMAS CHURCHWARD, 30, of Regent Gardens, Didcot, was found guilty of exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused ‘alarm or distress’ in Didcot on June 20 last year. The flasher must do 150 hours of unpaid work, complete up to 60 rehabilitation activity requirement days with the probation service and pay his victim £200 in compensation. He will be a registered sex offender for five years and must pay £314 in costs and surcharge.

JAMES SAMWAYS, 23, of Bourlon Wood, Abingdon, admitted fraud by false representation. He changed the wording on an official letter from Our Lady’s Abingdon School on February 23 last year in order to ‘remain working with Elite Youth Sport’, the charge states. He was fined £600 and ordered to pay £145 in costs and surcharge.

ALFRED SIBANDA, 27, of Thistledown Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus on the A34 near Hinksey while drunk, unlicensed and uninsured. Tests showed he was three times the drink driving limit. He was ordered to do 150 hours of unpaid work, was disqualified from driving for 22 months and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
