STAN DANUT, 49, of Alamein Gardens, Dartford, admitted drink driving a Scania lorry on the A44 Woodstock Road, Oxford, on October 9. He had 118mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, more than three times the drink-drive limit. He must complete 80 hours of unpaid work as part of an eight week suspended prison sentence, was banned from driving in the UK for 30 months and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
DARREN TAYLOR, 39, of Everton Sluice Lane, near Doncaster, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Ford Ranger 4x4 on Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, and possession of cocaine. Tests showed he was twice the drink drive limit. He was fined £400, banned from driving for 16 months and ordered to pay £245 in costs and surcharge.

JOSHUA RODNEY, 24, of Leiden Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him and possession of a knife. Both offences were committed at the Peartree Travelodge hotel on November 29. He received an eight month prison sentence suspended for a year and a half. He must complete alcohol and mental health treatment programmes with the probation service. Rodney was ordered to pay £200 in compensation.
SAMUEL SPENCER, 18, of Berkeley Close, Banbury, pleaded guilty to possession of a copper bladed kitchen knife in Cromwell Road, Banbury, last October. He was given a community order with a mental health treatment requirement and an alcohol rehabilitation programme. He must pay a £114 victim surcharge and the knife was forfeit.
JAMES BROOM, 28, of Farnborough Road, Mollington, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Escort on Cherwell Street, Banbury, while over the cannabis limit and without a valid licence or insurance. He was fined £200, banned from driving for a year and pay £165 in costs and surcharge.

ANDERSON BATISTA, 36, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Chevrolet Cruze on the A34 near Weston on the Green without a valid licence or insurance. He was fined £346, banned from the roads for six months and ordered to pay £223 in costs and surcharge.
INDIA RICHARDSON, 25, of Trinity Close, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Highlands, Banbury. She was twice the legal limit. The magistrates fined her £300, banned her from driving for a year and ordered she pay £205 in costs and surcharge.
JACKY MCKIRNAN, 54, of Harwood Road, East Hagbourne, pleaded guilty to stealing money from a woman in Didcot between May 1, 2021, and January 22, 2022. The district judge imposed £400 in compensation, a community order with a mental health treatment requirement and up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement sessions with the probation service and a restraining order banning McKirnan from contacting her victim.
ANISH ANTONY, 42, of Nursery Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Nissan Note in Grenoble Road and being drunk in charge of a child under-7 at the Kassam Stadium on May 1 last year. Tests showed Antony had 100mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, almost three times the legal limit. He was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement sessions, a two year driving ban, and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
DAVID CANTWELL, 40, of Warburg Crescent, Oxford, admitted racially aggravated disorderly behaviour and assaulting a police officer. He received a community order with up to 20 rehabilitation activity sessions and must pay £125 in compensation to two victims.
