A BRAND-new food festival podcast has been launched by the organisers of Thame Food Festival and Bradford on Avon Food and Drink Festival.
Lotte Duncan and Jon Hackett will be hosting the 'Truly Scrumptious Podcast' which will bring listeners behind the scenes of various food festivals talking about ‘Festival Food, with Foodie Friends and Friends of the Festival’.
In each episode, they chat to chefs and bakers, food producers, the festival team and other people involved in the festival world.

Ms Duncan has long been part of the foodie world having owned and run a cookery school and café, worked in television, hosted stages at many live shows, interviewed a myriad of chefs and bakers and written a best-selling cookbook.
She said: “I am a food writer, presenter and eater. I have been involved in many areas of the food industry for over forty years.
“More recently this has centred around food festivals. And this is a huge world. It’s hard work, great fun, but a tad stressful at times too.”
Mr Hackett added: “There are so many stories to share about what is involved in creating the magic that food festivals deliver, which is why we decided to start doing a podcast.

“It is a great way to relay what we are so passionate about and what people don’t always see when coming to a festival.”
The podcast can be accessed on Acast, Spotify and Apple Podcasts as well as many other platforms.
