JAMIE SHRIMPTON, 48, of Dolman Road, Newbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Seat Leon on the A34 near Weston on the Green. Tests showed he was more than twice the limit, blowing 82mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120, disqualified from driving for a year and a half and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
ANTHONY CARBERRY, 36, of Lodden Avenue, Berinsfield, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Ford Focus on the A415 Abingdon Road in Clifton Hampden. He was one and a half times over the legal limit, according to analysis of a blood sample taken by police. The district judge fined him £400, banned him from the roads for 14 months and ordered he pay £125 in costs and surcharge.
CORI JAMES, 20, of Grassmore, Chesterfield, pleaded guilty to damaging a glass door worth almost £1,300 belonging to iRepairTech in Witney. The magistrates ordered James pay £1,297 in compensation and £85 in prosecution costs.
LIAM COX, 23, of Newport, Shropshire, was convicted of touching a woman sexually in Queen Street in June. The district judge ordered he pay his victim £900 in compensation. She imposed a community order with a six month curfew and up to 35 rehabilitation activity requirement days with the probation service. He will be on the sex offender register for five years and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
TRAVIS FRASER, 31, of Campion Hall Drive, Didcot, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW 320 on the A34 in Didcot while over the drug driving limit for benzoylecgonine and while uninsured. He was given a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work, a three year driving ban and six month mental health treatment requirement. Fraser must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
HARIHARANARAYANAN KRISHNAN, 23, of Hollow Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving an Audi on Hollow Way. Tests showed Krishnan had 46mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. The magistrates imposed a £150 fine, 14 month driving disqualification and £145 in costs and surcharge.
SEAN THORPE, 41, Herald Way, Bicester, admitted drink driving a Fiat Panda on Mallards Way, Bicester. Tests showed he was more than twice the legal limit. He was fined £120, banned from driving for 18 months and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
JAKE HEWSON, 30, of Granville Square, Birmingham, was found guilty of drug driving an Audi A3 on the M40. He was over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £500 in prosecution costs.
JOSHUA WILKS-HANLEY, 20, of Eastfield Road, Witney, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW 330 on Hailey Road, Witney, without due care and attention. He failed to stop at the scene after causing an accident in which another man was injured, drove the BMW while disqualified from driving and when he was not insured. He was given 18 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half, must complete 200 hours of unpaid work and was banned from the roads for three years. The district judge ordered he pay £213 in costs and surcharge.
LIAM CLARKE, 34, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, admitted damaging a front door panel. He must pay £275 in compensation and complete a six month mental health treatment programme.
TERRY STOCKFORD, 40, of Fairfax Road, Oxford, was found guilty of harassing a woman by calling her numerous times and going to her home. He was jailed for 20 weeks and ordered to pay £428 in costs and surcharge. A restraining order bans him from contacting his victim or going to Field Avenue in Oxford. The restraining order will last indefinitely.
