Headington's iconic Shark has a new neighbour.
A mystery knitter has created a shark postbox topper for the letter box on New High Street.
The creator, who wishes to remain anonymous, has left work contact details on the sign so they can be notified if it needs mending.

They said: "But I would love for people to see it while it's there! I'm hoping it lasts and no one removes it, and so far it seems to have generated a few smiles!"
