Peter Wilson
Oxford resident Peter Wilson, 47, was given an antisocial behaviour order (Asbo) at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Monday banning him from begging anywhere in England and Wales for three years.
Pc Paul Phillips, of Thames Valley Police, said today: "Mr Wilson's begging has caused harassment and distress to many residents and people in the community."
Anyone who sees Wilson breaking the conditions of his Asbo should call police on 0845 8505505.
