The motorcyclist involved in a crash on the A34 near Didcot this morning escaped with minor injuries.
Paramedics were called to the northbound carriageway between the Milton and Marcham interchanges shortly after 7.30am, following the collision between the Honda motorbike and a Vauxhall Astra.
Toby Shergold, a spokesman for Thames Valley Police, said the motorbike rider was taken to hospital after being treated for minor injuries.
The car driver was not injured.
About 7am, an accident forced traffic to queue on the northbound carriageway, near the Weston-on- the-Green turn-off, but a spokesman for South Central Ambulance Service said the incident was not serious and paramedics were not called to the scene.
