ANDREW HURTAULT, 41, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing a bicycle in Oxford and handling a stolen e-bike. He was given 20 weeks’ imprisonment.

LUKE GRANT, 36, of Oxford Road, Cowley, pleaded guilty to stealing £50-worth of food, drink and ‘vape items’ from the MFG service station in Cowley. He was ordered to pay £50 in compensation and banned from going to the Oxford Road service station for four months.

GEORGE PALLETT, 27, of Cowley Road, Littlemore, admitted racially-aggravated disorderly behaviour towards two police officers in Hertfordshire. He was ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

WESLEY FISHER, 41, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, admitted drug driving a VW Golf in Wallingford Street and Post Office Lane, Wantage. Tests showed he was over the limit for ketamine. He was fined £120, given 120 hours of unpaid work, a drug rehabilitation programme and a three year driving ban. The magistrates also ordered he pay a £95 victim surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER DUNABIN, 40, of Sheep Street, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving a Honda Civic on Bicester Road, Middleton Stoney, while disqualified and over the drug limit for benzoylecgonine. He was fined £461 and banned from driving for three years for the drug driving offence, while he was given an absolute discharge for driving while disqualified. The magistrates ordered he pay almost £270 in costs and surcharge.

PETER ADAMS, 40, of Marshfield, Crowmarsh Gifford, admitted driving a Skoda Octavia on Sandy Lane West, Oxford, while over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for two years and must pay a £48 victim surcharge.

DALE SALLIS, 29, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, was found guilty of possession of a kitchen knife in Pepper Alley. The district judge gave him 16 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and ordered he do 180 hours of unpaid work and attend up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days with the probation service. He must pay £278 in costs and surcharge.

MATTHEW POTTER, 36, of Howard Road, Banbury, was found guilty of causing a woman actual bodily harm and sexually assaulting a woman by touching her. He admitted harassing her by making multiple calls and making a ‘malicious’ Facebook call, and also pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour and obstructing a police constable. He was given six months’ imprisonment suspended for two years, must complete 100 hours of unpaid work and abide by a 102 day alcohol abstinence tag. Potter was also ordered to attend the building better relationships course with the probation service and pay £350 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

WILLIAM MORRIS, 28, of Windmill Hill, Great Milton, pleaded guilty to driving a VW Transporter on Worcester Street, Oxford, while over the drug drive limit for ketamine and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £400, banned from driving for a year and a half and must pay £245 in costs and surcharge.

ANTHONY GIBBS, 41, of Cecil Sharp Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated disorderly behaviour. He was fined £162 and ordered to pay £284 in costs and surcharge.
