Santa’s could be spotted running through Bicester, as an annual festive fun run took place in the town.
The Santa Fun Run was held at Pingle Field Sports Pavillion on Sunday (December 18).
The annual event saw hundreds of people dressed as Father Christmas, to help raise cash for local charities.
All proceeds will from the fun run are going to be split between the Mayor’s charities, which this year are Nai’s House, Causeway Carers Bicester Rethink Support Group and the Bicester and Heyford Veterans.
Prior to the run starting, a warm up was hosted by staff from Anytime Fitness, which sponsored the 5km run.
Tickets were £10 per adult and £5 per child under the age of 16. Under fives were free of charge while a family ticket cost £25 and covered two adults and two children.
The price included a Santa suit, participation medal and bacon roll at the finish line.
