A teen boy has been charged with setting a fire that tore through a barn near Eynsham.
At its height around 40 firefighters from six Oxfordshire stations were involved in tackling the blaze at a farm on Cuckoo Lane, off the A40, on October 24 last year.
The fire was said to have caused around £1m worth of damage to both farm buildings and machinery.
At the time, the fire service said there had been 600 tonnes of hay in the barns and that the crews worked with the farmer to move cattle to safety.
This morning, Thames Valley Police said a 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is due before Oxford Youth Court tomorrow (Wednesday, December 21) charged with arson.
