AN Oxford man has been charged after sexually assaulting a woman while she was waiting to be seen by a doctor.
Gaspor Moreira, 33, of Bernwood Road, was charged yesterday (December15) with a count each of sexual assault by touching, exposure, harassment without violence and perverting the course of justice.
The charges relate to an incident at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford at about 7pm on December 6 December.

A man approached a woman waiting to be seen by a doctor before kissing her and taking the victim’s phone and putting his number in before calling himself.
The victim’s phone was then called several times and a number of sexual remarks were made on one of the calls before the victim ignored other calls.
An incident of exposure was also sent to the victim via a video call.
Moreira has been remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on January 13.
