KARL Robinson says Sheffield Wednesday’s impressive home record will not influence proceedings when he takes his Oxford United side to Hillsborough tomorrow afternoon.
The Owls have lost just one home game in Sky Bet League One this season, and boast the fourth best home record in the league.
Robinson though is hopeful United can pick up a positive result, but admitted it would be a tough match for his players.
“The reality is that with his first knee, we know how hard this one’s going to be.”

He said: “Records before or after have got no relevance on a particular day.
“We played against Fleetwood and didn’t beat them for a period of time, you’ve just got to take every game in isolation.
“They’ve had a number of games in isolation which have accumulated in that one defeat but we’re going there to try and put our front foot forward.
“We know we’re going to be really up against it and we know we’re going to have to be at our ultra best just to get something out of the game.
“We’ve got a self-belief in what we’re trying to achieve here, we’ve already picked a team that we really feel we can take the game to them and ask questions that other teams mightn’t have asked.
“It’s always a special game for me and a special place to go and watch your team play as a fan.”
