It means that of Oxford's 410 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 347 (85 per cent) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
The scheme gives businesses a rating from five to zero which is displayed at their premises and online so you can make more informed choices about where to buy and eat food.
Five is ‘very good’ standards and 0 is ‘urgent improvement required’.
Scoring one in food hygiene shows that major and immediate changes are needed. This usually means that there are consistent breaches of food hygiene rules.
