Fire crews believe the worst of the flooding may be over after dealing with more than 120 emergency calls today.
Dozens of properties across Oxfordshire have been flooded, including homes in Kidlington, Kennington, Tiddington, Wheatley and Wendlebury.
At least 12 roads remain closed due to the flash floods.
Chief fire officer John Parry said: "The Environment Agency tell us there is one flood warning for the River Ray at Wendlebury. However, the worst of the rain now seems to be over.
"The Fire and Rescue Service has had officers positioned all over the county dealing with incidents and working with district councils. We have received no reports of any injuries to members of the public or to any personnel involved with operations."
