A series of roads across the county have been closed due to flooding.
Fire crews have received about 100 emergency calls today to deal with floods.
Oxfordshire Highways has closed the B4044 between Botley and Farmoor, A40 in Wheatley, A418 at Tiddington and Goosey Lane in Goosey.
Mill Lane in Chalgrove, The Garth in Yarnton and Hailey Road in Witney have also shut due to flooding.
The road to South Leigh from the slip road off the A40 Witney bypass has been closed and fire crews were at the scene after a car was stuck in the water.
Police are reported to be stopping traffic using the A420 at Botley interchange, but this has not been confirmed by Oxfordshire County Council or Thames Valley Police.
Sandbags have been put down along a road in East Hanney following reports of flooding, and the A4074 at Nuneham Courtenay has now been reopened after heavy rain closed the road earlier in the day.
Crews are currently pumping water out of homes in Crown Square in Wheatley as well as homes in Tiddington.
