A full inquest will be held on April 5. The purpose of an inquest is to establish the identity of the person who died and the circumstances surrounding their death.
Following Mr Moyce’s death, Thames Valley Police asked for any witnesses to the crash to come forward.
Sgt James Surman said: “First and foremost, my thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who has tragically died as a result of this collision.”
He added: “I would also urge any motorists with dash-cams to check any footage in case it may have captured something in the prelude to the crash or the crash itself that could assist with the investigation.”
