More reports are coming in of flash flooding around the county due to today's heavy rain.
Fire crews are dealing with problems in Thame, Chinnor, Wheatley and Witney.
Rain water has also flooded Horspath Road, in Oxford, but it remains open to traffic.
Hailey Road in Witney has been closed to traffic.
Cars are reported to be at a standstill on the B4044 Eynsham Road, near Farmoor, due to water on the road.
Flooding has also afffected Manor Road and St Lawrence Road in South Hinksey.
Richard Bowley, of Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service, said: "We have responded very quickly to these calls and we're doing our best to help.
"We hope that drier weather will mean that problems subside as the day goes on."
- Train services between Didcot Parkway, Bath and Bristol Temple Meads are being affected by flooding problems at Wootton Bassett, west of Swindon, with diversions reducing the number of trains calling at Didcot.
